There are things you can do to help prevent dementia. For example, the risk of dementia falls by 46 per cent if you only drink alcohol in moderation.
With support and help, a person with dementia can enjoy an active and good life. Diet, exercise, music, sleep and relatives make a big difference in everyday life.
